Victor Harbor has officially secured its place as one of South Australia’s best tourism destinations.
After taking out hello SA’s Top Tourism Town award for the third consecutive year, the South Coast city has become the first South Australian town to be inducted into the Top Tourism Town Hall of Fame.
Announced by Tourism Industry Council South Australia (TiCSA), the accolade recognises towns that deliver exceptional visitor experiences and showcase a strong commitment to tourism.
Mayor Dr. Moira Jenkins said Victor Harbor has a lot going for it, including its its relaxed coastal charm, an evolving art scene and new cafés, galleries, and festivals, and its history.
“We’re proud to see Victor Harbor recognised with this incredible achievement, earning a place in the Top Tourism Town Hall of Fame,” said Mayor Dr. Moira Jenkins.
“This milestone reflects the dedication of our community, Council, and world-class tourism operators who have worked tirelessly to make Victor Harbor a standout destination.”
With this latest win, Victor Harbor will now enter the hello SA People’s Choice segment for another chance at victory and also go on to represent South Australia at the National Top Tourism Town Awards.
