Murray Bridge, Victor Harbor and Aldinga have all made it as Top Tourism Town finalists.
The Tourism Industry Council award recognises towns that offer amazing visitor experiences and are committed to developing tourism in the region.
Others in the running for the win include Renmark, Coober Pedy and Port Broughton.
President of the Local Government Association, Dean Johnson, said the awards are a fantastic way for South Australians to highlight their favourite spots.
“Every South Australian town has its own unique charm and character, and local councils are at the heart of it – investing millions of dollars each year to provide services and infrastructure that promotes tourism and visitation,” Dean Johnson said.
Shaun de Bruyn, Chief Executive Officer of TiCSA, said SA’s regions are an integral part of the tourism industry.
Now in its third year, the awards have previously recognised Moonta and Renmark as the 2021 and 2022 winners.
