A quick response from local CFS crews has likely saved the Silo Cafe in Coonalpyn, after a fire broke out early this morning.
Police and fire crews responded to reports of smoke coming from the cafe on Poyntz Terrace, Coonalpyn about 2.45am, with four local crews attending.
They managed to contain the blaze to a single room within the building, however damages are estimated to be around $150,000.
Fire cause investigators are currently on scene to try to determine the cause of the fire.
