A drink driver has been caught almost nine times over the legal limit in Strathalbyn, according to SAPOL.
Police were called to a service station on South Terrace at about 11pm yesterday, Monday 17 February, after a witness reported a woman asleep behind the wheel of a white Ford Escape while it was still running.
Police attended and submitted the driver to a breath test where she allegedly returned a reading of 0.434.

The 41-year-old woman was reported for drink driving, she was issued a 12 month immediate loss of licence and her car was impounded for 28 days.
She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
