SA Police are hoping any witnesses, or the driver involved, will come forward to assist with their investigations as they look into a crash in Goolwa.
About 12.15pm on Tuesday 17 September, it’s alleged a man in a mobility gopher and a dark coloured station wagon were involved in a collision on Hutchinson Street near the railway crossing.
An 88-year-old Goolwa man fell from the gopher and sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the incident.
The woman driving the station wagon returned to the scene for a short period of time, but did not wait the arrival of emergency services.
Police are appealing for the female driver to come forward and make contact.
Anyone with information as the identity of the driver or has any CCTV or dashcam footage is asked to contact police via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via crimestopperssa.com.au.
