In Division One, a highly anticipated rematch of last year’s grand final is now set, after Nairne Bremer beat Mount Lofty by 29 points in Saturday’s preliminary final.

The defending champion Rams kicked away in the final quarter to keep their title defence alive, meaning they will now face Hahndorf next week in the decider.

It means Mypolonga will face the undefeated minor premier Coorong Cats in the grand final next week in Mannum.

GREAT SOUTHERN FOOTBALL LEAGUE (full results here)

McLaren Districts’ quest for a three-peat in the Great Southern has been ended early, with Myponga-Sellicks advancing to the grand final instead after a 47-point win on Saturday.

The Mudlarks lead from the outset to comfortably book their place in the finale, with Luke Whitford, Anthony Kempster and Ben Kennedy leading the way.
